Good Kitchen TV,Picture quality (with cable TV input) is excellent. Sound quality is perfectly OK, nothing exceptional. The DVD player seemed pointless, but it has been useful on a few occasions, and it doesn’t take up much space. This would allow full use of the countertop under the cabinet when the TV is not in use.

Great Little TV, i had been using a CRT TV in a small nook in the kitchen, and have been looking for a replacement. after trying several other LCDs, all of which looked terrible, i bought the Toshiba 15LV505 black LCD TV. it has a GREAT picture,more than adequate sound, is easy to use and looks great. the price was even decent. the only missing item is an HDMI port, which I found was not so important after i started using it with the component cables and saw how good it looked. Highly recommended for its size, quality and picture. If HDMI is a requirement, look elsewhere, but in this size TV, you can’t do better.

In the single player campaign you are Sergeant Gary “Roach” Sanderson, with the hero of Call of Duty 4, “Soap” MacTavish, promoted to Captain, making an appearance as an NPC (non-player character) and your commanding officer. The elimination of Makarov and his underlings at any cost is your number one priority, regardless where the fight occurs.

Gameplay
The latest release in arguably the most successful tactical first-person shooter franchise of all-time, gameplay in Modern Warfare 2 follows the same winning and time-tested structure of earlier games in the series. In the single player campaign players are aided by AI squad members as they take on a series of missions aimed at eliminating Ultranationalist forces. Each mission is built around a particular objective, with players utilizing some level of guidance from NPC characters, including “Soap” MacTavish, and aided in navigation by the game’s heads up display (HUD). Along the way players will be able to utilize a wide variety of weaponry and and vehicles, as well as be able to customize weapons with gadgets attached to them.

I know that the multi-player is the big draw, but I bought this for the campaign. The campaign plays out too quickly and feels Much shorter than the original MW. I also thought the No Russian segment was inappropriate and refects poorly on loyal American military forces to think one could do what was required to beat this level. Finally, I thought the “ending” did not really end the story as “The truth is” still “out there”. While I enjoyed what there was of the game, again, it was too short. If I could, I would rate this 2.5 stars. I rated the original with a 5.

First off, I believe this is the best FPS out there. However, to be better than games that preceded it is to be expected, not revered. This is a great game, no doubt, but it’s not as revolutionary as COD4 was. That was leaps and bounds better than everything else at the time. MW2 is just marginally better. The campaign is decent, but it’s been done before. The cinematic moments have become iterative–the shock and awe moments have become desensitized because we’ve seen them in COD4 already. Hence why they had to throw in the airport scene to try to throw something new at you, but it doesn’t work. Spec Ops is a great add on. Multiplayer is slightly better. All in all, definitely a keeper, but don’t treat it as the best thing since sliced bread. In summary, it does what a sequel should do, which is enough this time around. Hopefully, they can start with a blank template for COD8 and revolutionize the genre once again.

This is my 1st. Im replacing a Starbucks Barista which made it 3yrs. I wanted a DEPENDABLE maker as Ive own many before, 2 Krups, 1 Braun, etc. The features the Bunn offers is what I wanted, basic, nothing to go wrong, no bells, no whistles, just a solid design which would last. Thermo carafe was my option but not necessary if you take your pot to go in a thermouse. Of course with every machine you need to find your right amount of coffe and grind for your tasty cup. My 1st pot was a sucess, 3 min, no mess, but Im used to a ulcer forming cup of joe. My 2nd attempt was more coffee and a finer grind, as I have a “Barista fancy” grinder. Then the coffee over flowed in the funnel and made a mess. My 3rd attempt was same amount as 1st attempt but finer grind, a minor overflow. My conclusions to the overflowing is this: Im used to gold filters which flow more, the Bunn filters which I bought a year supply of, I just have to get used to. The machine flows fast and too fine a grind will back up the paper filters. At this point Ive read reviews where people returned their machines to return to their Mr. Coffee’s. A Bunn is a Bunn, you just have to know how to use it. It is designed to brew a consistant cup which is a US standard. My 4 star rating is based on my own learning curve, not because the machine has any deficencies. The machince brews a good, smooth, cosistant cup. However if you like Turkish strength, this cannot do it due to its a high flow design. This machine will however brew a strong brew, just not bitter and biting which can be misleading if thats what your used to being a strong cup. Overall mechanics of the machine is ideal for cleaning and service. I would have given a 5 star yesterday due to its outstanding performance. Today a 4 star only because I tried to make it perform out of its designed boundries, which really shouldnt hinder its rating, thats my judgement. Or I could try a goldfilter, and taste my bitter acidic cup Im used to. I think Not. Enjoy your Bunn, I am enjoying my cup right now.

The second in the series, Magician’s Handbook II proves to offer a significant challenge to hidden object lovers. The objects are tough to find- this is a game that takes some time and some skill. Hidden object lovers who find other games too easy will likely not be disappointed by this one- those who find other games too difficult will likely want to choose something else. This game offers amazing artwork, very detailed scenes, lots of gameplay and lots of challenge. Well worth it.
